I skimmed thru the content because they were too long, I went over the ones I'm weak in. Do every single quizzes on the program. I scored 60% first time on pretest 2nd time 80%. Scored between 48%-55% and 2nd time around 77-90% on the quizzes. Most important read the rationale, they're so important. You'll find some tips at the end of each content remember those, you'll see what I mean. Don't study things you already know. Do the ones that's hard to stick in your head. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Tell yourself everyday that you're going to pass the NCLEX. Don't over study the materials, take a break after 20 to 40 questions, you have to let those questions and rationales marinate in your brain. And then do questions again. I did 100-150 a day. Remember you can retake the quizzes and they will give you some new questions each time you take it. I was scoring really low on those quizzes too. I retook them until I scored above 75%. Are you aware of the 35 pages study material floating around on allnurses? The new rule shouldn't matter, if you know your content ,you will PASS this test. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!! And don't forget to pray <3

Learning extension is at learningext.com it's another form to study for and affordable. I can chose to take the course in 3, 5, 8 or 15 weeks it has a review of material then question includes rationals. I've heard nothing but good things about it but it's not out there like hurst and kaplan

Great!! You owe this to yourself, YOU will get that title next to your name! Yes, those notes helped. Memorize the infection control part. I think that part of the exam increased so really know them. And I also had PDA I answered chapters 1-18 I didn't do any of the case study, didn't have time. I did this 2 days before my exam. You will PASS, wish you luck! Smile!

I used NCLEX 3500, PDA, Kaplan strategies 2012-2013 book, Kaplan Q trainers (honestly I only did a few) and Saunders 5th edition book only to look up things I wasn't familiar with or my weak areas. NCLEX 3500 has a good SATA section. Just keep practicing questions and PRAY, PRAY, PRAY most importantly. You'll get it next time. Keep your head up.
