Options are all correct in a SATA question?

  1. Is it possible in a certain SATA question, that every option is correct?
    This may sound dumb, but I just wanna know if anyone has ever encountered it.

  4. I would say no. I took the NCLEX last Thursday, and that wasn't the case at all. The point of those questions are for you to be able to pick out fact from fallacy, so I say, with 99% accuracy that an SATA question will NEVER have all the options as being correct.

  7. Hi there, the Kaplan course taught us the rule of thumb for SATA questions is at least 2 and never all. Hope this helps =)
