Register Today!- by purplechicxiii Feb 10, '12Is it possible in a certain SATA question, that every option is correct?

This may sound dumb, but I just wanna know if anyone has ever encountered it.

- Feb 11, '12 by D51/2NSI would say no. I took the NCLEX last Thursday, and that wasn't the case at all. The point of those questions are for you to be able to pick out fact from fallacy, so I say, with 99% accuracy that an SATA question will NEVER have all the options as being correct.
