I also had to take hesi as the exit exam during the last semester. I've heard mixture of things about hesi vs nclex. I am not sure what is true about em. I am taking nCLEX on July 3.

I took the test on wednesday (10th) in CA too. I agree with you that the "trick" is the only thing that is keeping me sorta sane

I am checking the BRN every morning. They update it only ones per day around midnight, Mon-Fri... so if our names are not there tomorrow morning, it means that we won't hear anything until next week

You are going to be just fine, I took my Nclex on Wednesday 3, I had my license in the mail Saturday, as long as you answered lots of questions on the application and analysis level you will be just fine, I used the Kaplan 2010 strategies testing guide it is well worth the money.

What materials did you study?

I used Saunders NCLEX RN Review with CD, HESI NCLEX RN review w/CD, and Mosby's NCLEX RN review w/CD...i also read a book a firend gave me called Nursing made INSANELY easy. I think it's used for the sylvia rayfield review course. But i must say i used about 95% of my study time on Q&As with rationales...over and over and over again...average about 100 questions per day for about 19 days.

CONGRATS MEX!!! Relax, celebrate and enjoy

I will know if i do too 2moro 8am, did the PV trick as well but afraid to celebrate just yet after finding out they check the result twice!
