Oh My Gosh.................

After 17 select all that apply questions, 3 or 4 fill in the blanks, pharm questions and prioritization questions, having the computer shut of at 75 questions, i, too, can finally say 'I PASSED" the bloody nclex! whew

And now that i look back i wish i'd taken it earlier cuz i kept buying myself time to study and i ended up working overtime instead of studying so my knowledge level is worse of now instead of 2months ago. i changed my exam date soo many times i lost count. And each time i didn't get time to study.
The only thing is that i wasn't anxious when i finished the exam, i didn't come home crying or worrying. Actually, i watched a movie i'd wanted to watch the day before but was too tired when i got back from fixing my car in north jersey and i caught up on burn notice and psych.

Today, i started feeling there was something wrong with me because i wasn't worried or even thinking about the nclex so i came here reading all the threads trying to see if i'm the only one who isn't freaking out. i got off this website and decided to go to bed since i have to work tomorrow but i decided to check pearson's website to see what i have to do tomorrow to get my results and i saw link the link for the quick results. Now i know i passed.

I mean i got straight A's through school, scored the 99th percentile in my HESIs and i still wasn't confident enough to take this exam i had to push it back so many times. i got those SATA back to back at some point it was insane and the fill in the blanks was just......... No, i'm the kind of person who takes all the time given me on a test so i spent 2hrs on those 75 questions including my 16minute unofficial break. When that thing shut off i wondered if i'll be judged on how long it took me to answer those questions cuz there're times i just close my eyes infront of the computer just to clear my brain.

Anyhoo, I thank God i passed. For those of you waiting stop freaking out, watch a funny show like psych at usa's website and hope for the best.
Good luck to the rest of you. If you were able to build a good knowledge base while in school, that knowledge base should get you through the exam even if you don't study that much for it. Do questions while you're still in school, the only questions i did was on psych 2 days before the test and even that i didn't finish everything. Now that i think of it, i can't believe i was silly enough to do just psych. Deciding to go to my parents house 2 days before the exam was a mistake because i never picked up a book or my laptop to review - too much going on there.
This isn't the time to be learning new strategies. If there's something that worked for you during school to help you suceed, stick to it and hopefully, you'll pass with great sucess.
