Well sunflowerross I just found out I failed for the 3rd time and it is devastating! Ive have studied, studied, studied. And despite my disappointment I have improved on each test so I am claiming that this will be my last time. I can retest at the end of Oct. Gotta come up with 265 again and face my co-workers. Pray for me everyone!

Sunflowerross and luckygirl09 I just want you to know that you guys are not alone in the quest to pass nclex. It is so hard to go through this exam. Just don't give up. I am down and have been down since my first attempt. I am going to go for another crack at it very soon. If you are improving each time then you will succeed very soon. I will be lurking around in these threads to offer my support. I believe that we all deserve to pass and we will. Keep your focus. You guys are already RN's in my book. Now, get back to studying.

Question Re: October NCLEX takers: MOTIVATE
I am taking NCLEX-PN in October. Very nervous. Been studying Kaplan, and Saunders. Does anyone know if the questions still seem to be focusing on prioritization, delegating and immunizations? Good luck to everyone!!!

October 15th for me. Lots of work ahead. I have studied just a little bit and did questions. I am hoping to do more these next few weeks. VERY nervous.
I have Saunders and Meds Pub from school and that's about all I can afford right now.
Hope things go well!

Hey toadfrog, I am in the same boat as you are in. I am taking my NCLEX PN in Oct. I am studying Saunders and Kaplan Q-Bank. How is your studying going? I am getting nervous. I haven't been on this website too much lately b/c sometimes I feel like it gives me mixed emotions. One minute I think I am going to pass this thing... and then the next minute after reading some of these threads I feel I am doomed. So I get on every now and then. But focus more on studying. Studying my infection control, lab values, prioritizing. I'm feel like I am ready to tackle this test and be done with it!

Hi Brandi! I am doing the Kaplan Q-Bank but only 50 ?'s a day right now. I need to step it up a bit...its so hard to stay motivated. I am with you about feeling like I am going to pass than I get discouraged when I read on her that many have not and some taking for the 3rd time. Unfortuantly I really stuggle w/ the infection control part. I've heard that every so often they change what the NCLEX focuses on so hopefully in Oct. it will still be what we are studying.
How are you doing on the Q-Bank? I only seem to get 50-60's? Are you taking the PN or RN NCLEX? Maybe we could be help encourage each other and throw around ideas if you would like. Seems most my school mates are not to worried about the test as I am.
