The vast majority of US educated grads pass the NCLEX on the first try. People have passed with 75 questions, 265 questions, and every number of questions in between. It is a very stressful and life-changing exam. It is normal to feel anxious about the results. Try to take some time for yourself, relax, enjoy something you haven't had time for, and when it's time, check the quick results.

It must be hard, knowing that you'll get the results soon, but not soon enough!

I graduated back in `79, and our nursing boards (think NCLEX) were only offered twice a year. I had to travel to a city almost 2 hours away, and take a motel room, as our testing was over two days.

Then, about a week later, there was a big fuss about the possibility that some of the candidates had cheated, by obtaining a copy of the test ahead of time. The newspaper article said the test might have to be administered again!

I don't remember now, but I think the wait was over a month, at least. When I finally (FINALLY!) got my results, I ran through the house, "I GOT IT, I GOT IT!"

Whew.

I hope you get good results soon. When you do, celebrate!

thank you so much ! I hope I pass like you guys, this is just like really agonizing, waiting.... I just wanna know your inputs about this nclex rn for the past 3 months ive been just self studying with the Saunders 5th and 6th editions. practice questions and stuffs. so i dont know i felt like i answered most of the questions but still clueless how the test works to say you pass or fail

If people have passed with 75 questions, and you stopped at 204 then the odds of passing is in your favor. :up:
