need some tips, strategies, study plans.. etc. GETTING READY TO STUDY!


HELLOW ALL NURSES!!
i think im ready to get back to study for the nclex-rn again.. i might need yall ur help for this.

please give some tips, recommend me ur top books u used, share ur plan on how u study for the test, and tips on how to focus on the review and the exam.

Im really serious to pass this test!!
share your thoughts please!!

Since you have taken it before the mystery is gone. Study as if you have never taken the test so that you don't gloss over or skip areas that your mind tries to tell you that you already know. If you didn't use Saunders before, you might consider using it this time. Do as many questions as possible and study the rationales for all the answers, right and wrong. Hopefully you will get it this time. Good luck.

get a really good review book. I used Hogan mostly, but Saunders is popular here.

do a lot of questions. they say do 50-100 a day. dont do any questions it should be analysis and application questions like the NCLEX. Kaplan qbank and questions trainers i think are the best when it comes to questions similar to NCLEX.

also learn how to relax... yoga, breathing... it helps to decrease anxiety.
