Need Help

I need help or tips on passing the NCLEX-PN, i failed the 1st time 2 weeks ago and I don't want to fail again. Anybody got tips or anything that will help me pass the boards. Any books or suggestion to read. I had 205 questions. So if anybody has any tips, ANYTHING.

You will love it here, chunksdaname. I will move your thread to the NCLEX forum. Suzanne, the moderator for that forum, can give you excellent advice. She has a 100% pass rate......

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't pass. Send a PM to Suzanne4, the moderator of this forum. She has a plan for studying that has helped soooo many people.

If you follow what she says, you will have a more than excellent chance of passing boards.

Welcome to allnurses, and best of luck to you!

Chuck:
First, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the second time will be a charm!

Second, Suzanne is apparently a NCLEX goddess as everyone on this site says she can help you to pass!

Third, I used Kaplan NCLEX prep book to study for my NCLEX. It is a well laid out book which takes you all through the process of studying for the NCLEX as well as how to determine the rationale behind the answers (very important), and it even covers how to put everything in perspective if you don't pass. There is a practice test in the book and a practice CD and if you buy the book, then you can go online to their site and practice some more. The book will also refund the purchase price of the book if you don't pass. I know this isn't much but it motivated me! Best of all, I passed on 75 questions.
I have also heard that Kaplan runs a workshop also. Your school may be able to tell you more about that. I've had a couple friends take that and they say it is excellent!

Keep your chin up and let us know how you make out!
