NCSBN RN review

How do you guys feel about the NCSBN RN review for content?

I used the 8 week NCSBN review for round 1. I did 12-14 hours a day of practice questions / review. I feel like I struggled with the " who to see first " style questions. I did questions from Kaplan , Saunders and a few ATI. I know I did "ok" first time because I survived all 265 but I'm struggling with what to use to go for another round. Thank you for the encouragement.....I feel so down knowing I worked so hard and dedicated myself but wasn't successful.

I'm not familiar enough with all the prep programs to know if one is of more use than another.

Have you used the LaCharity Priority, Delegation, & Assignment book? It seems to be the gold standard for the "who to see first questions."

As for content: maybe while you're getting through these next few days you could youtube some of the content...just as background "music" for now -- don't try to memorize; just see if approaching it from a different angle is of use to you. If not, you can always go back to written materials. You've got to let go of the stress for a couple of days! I hear that simple nursing has some videos that are broken into short, easy segments on you tube (I have no affiliation/ haven't used them myself).

Do you have the study guide that's floating in one of the threads? I feel like it helped me

I do have the guide and I'm planning to go over it this time :) Thank you.

I haven't tried either of those suggestions. I will for sure give them a try. Thanks again so much !!! I'm starting fresh on Monday :)

Good for you! Let us know how you're progressing!

I sure will. Thanks so much !!
