Nclexrn!! Stopped At 265?!!!

Hello! Is anyone here who passed after 265 questions at NCLEX RN exam????!!! Im so worried about my test?!!!

Actually, a fellow student in my class had I think 255 and she passed! Hang in there with me. Do you get quick results???? I will know in two days.

i also know of one guy who went all the way at 265 and passed. i think it would depend on the last question given to you. if its a difficult question and you answered it correctly, you pass the exam. goodluck.

Good luck!

What exactly makes it stop? Once the correct amount of numbers is hit, or the incorrect amount is hit, etc? I was always curious about this..

It can stop anywhere between 75 (minimum) and 265 (maximum)......it's a computer adaptive test which stops when the computer has deemed you to be above or below the passing standard.

Mine stopped at 265 and I passed. It was the worst feeling ever. I almost threw up driving back home. Hang in there!

hi,
just got my nclex rn results..and i passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe it..i had 265 questions and most of them were pharmac questions.i was very encouraged by the candidate's threads who passed with 265 questions. i hope i will also be an encouragement to someone who had 265 questions and think they failed...u never know till u get the actual result in hand...thank god!!!!!
