Nursing Students NCLEX

My NCLEX will be today at 2:00 pm. It's 11:30 am and here I am still in bed. I feel sick to my stomach. I am diaphotetic, it feels like I am sweating ice. My heart is pounding! i feel like all the emotions are gathering before me. This is something new for me as I rarely get nervous about stuff like these. It is very true that NCLEX in and of itself is a whole another MONKEY! I am trying to calm down and atleast breathe. Ahhhh! Will now be waiting for fiance to drive me to the center as I do not know how to go about. Maybe I should now get up, get reafy and eat.

It always feels good to vent out here in allnurses. Whatever the result may be I would like to thank all those who have helped me all throughout my registration process. From IELTS, CGFNS, NURSING JURISPRUDENCE, TX-BON, MORPHO TRUST, TX-BON you name it. Fellow nurses and nurses to be always had my back. So thank you!

Lord, thy will be done.

Go eat something, have some tea to calm down, go for a walk to get out some of that nervous energy.

Good luck!!

Thank you! I will try to eat. This is such a crazy feeling....

Best of luck to you. Breathe. Think of it as just another exam. Don't let your anxiety take over.

I just finished the exam. Shut off at 75 questions. I really don't know what to feel. I feel like the anxiety has taken over. I counted 12 satas 4 EKGS and the rest is history...

I took mine today at 8:00 AM as well. Cut off at 124 Q's, didnt feel confident at ALL. So nervous.

It's nerve racking.. I really feel like I failed. I didn't even get the chance to prove myself. :( I keep getting questions I've never heard of before. Sucks...

I was CERTAIN I'd failed when it shut off at 75 Qs. I was SOOO grateful when my license number posted on the CA-BRN's website less than 48 hours later! :) Don't psych yourself out. Breathe, maybe do the PVT if you think it'll give you some peace of mind. It gave me some, but I knew better than to believe it's 100% accurate. Thankfully, it was.
