nclex timeline

i am actually working on planning my wedding and we were hoping to marry as soon after graduation as possible. (october 2009) unfortuantly, my plans also include taking the nclex as soon as possible also. so i guess i have some questions about when exactly am i elgiable to sit for the exam? i will graduate from an ohio school and will take the test in ohio. is there a waiting period i need to abide by? i guess since we have yet to talk over the process at school i was comming to you with my timeline questions. thank you!
