NCLEX takes no holidays

  1. I am doing the second stage of Suzanne's study guide and it's hard to remain focus on the holidays. The questions seems longer and harder by the minute, I think it's all in my mind. I haven't set a date to take the NCLEX for a second time, but Suzanne program recommend waiting until midway into the questions and then setting a date. I will follow her study guide to the tee because alot of people have passed. However, the fact still remains, it's hard to study around the holidays. I know other people are struggling with the same issue, can you please share your story. Thanks, that will inspire
    me.

Hang in there! It is tough to avoid slacking off this time of year, but I know you'll keep working toward your ultimate goal. Good luck!

here it is, suzanne's first step

you will need only one book, and anything else that you have needs to be put away.

saunder's comprehensive review for the nclex-rn or the pn exam.
latest edition required if you want the new format questions, suggest that you get this version.

now for the review, which is the first tip, and there is a complete six week program that comes only from me once this is done.

    1. you are to complete the quiz at the end of each and every chapter.
    2. do not read the chapter first.
    3. if you get 75% or more on the quiz, then go onto the next chapter, if you get less, then read the chapter and your score should now be over 90%.

simple as that for the review. if you know the material, you can complete it in just a couple of days, or you may need to read the chapters, and it could take you a month to complete.

if you are retaking the exam, please give yourself at least two months to prepare, if not longer. the worst thing that you can do is give yourself a deadline if you do not feel comfortable with the material in the first place.
and the other worst thing that anyone can do to prepare is to cram, and i am unable to help any of you that wish to go that route. it just does not work for the nclex exams.

    good luck to you.

this is me rooting for you:

    you can do it.
    you can do it.
    you can do it.
    you can do it.
    you can do it.

just think of the wonderful gift that you will give yourself when you pass the exam that is coming up for you.

Thanks Suzanne that means so much coming from you, because I am doing your study guide. I am still working on my 100 questions per day, and thanks for the encouragement.
