Nclex RN review books

Hello, everyone!

I'm looking for a very good Nclex RN review books, already have Saunders, but somebody recommended me "NsNa's Nclex RN review by Delmar 5th edition"
Does anyone have any idea if this book is really good? I DON'T want to waste time and money...

Thanks in advanced!

Bori

USE SAUNDRAS for content review because it is very detailed! I regret that I didn't used it since I am taking the test tommorrow.... Learn from my mistake.. But the question on Saundras is too easy....

It will give you reference for all exotic disease that may pop up on NCLEX... I regret that I use kaplan course book.... Kaplan is good for strategy and priority question...

Hi, Bori,

I had used both NSNA and Sandra.

Sandra has rationale for every answer, but NSNA does not.

But NSNA has a different style of questions.

Study with Sandra and do questions in Sandra first. If you have more time, you can do questions in NSNA.
