NCLEX-RN 265 questions ..now I have lost my GN status before the results are out....

by txspadequeenRN Platinum Member

I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday. I got all 265 questions bummer..I understand that means nothing and I could still pass.. However, today the Texas BON removed my GN status from the computer system...Has this happened to anyone ???

It kind of made me mad I mean they could have left it up until the official results were out...geeeezzzzzzzzzz

Don't discount that they might have done this automatically because GN no longer applies once one has tested. For all you know, the computer does this as soon as your testing info hits the Board. You can call them and ask and see what they tell you.

This is a very good possibility as well.

Remember..the number of questions you get is no reflection on if you passed or not.

To me, it's a GOOD thing if the test continues...it means you were near passing all the while...if you were not, the computer would have simply shut off.

I don't know what the time limits for being a GN are in Texas (in my state it's 90 days from completion of school), but perhaps you had hit that time limit and they had to remove it regardless?
