I've come to the realization that it doesn't matter how many questions you answer..you can pass/fail at 75 and 265 and everything in between! Just have to wait it out, suffer the 48 hours your results need to get posted, and hope for the best!

Congrats RN!! I received my results Saturday on-line and it shut off at 75 .....and YES i PASSED!!!

For the people waiting for results or waiting to test... Do not look at the number that it shut off just focus on understanding and answering the questions because as long as you are receiving questions your in the game. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Doesn't mean anything, we have seen some members have non to many and still pass. It is just another format style of questions

hi! i just took nclex rn yesterday and i share the same experience with lilnurse.i reach up to 265 item with lots of prioritization questions, medications without calculation, triage, had few sata, i even had a 1 question about a health act.i even thought that all types of topic was thrown to me. i feel nervous after realizing that i reach up the last item and feel that i might failed the exam though i'm quite confident with my answers. goodluck and thank you allnurses..
