My test results are still on hold after 48 hours of me taking it. Has this happened to anyone? Should I call Pearson?

I took mine on Saturday 1/25 and my results were on hold until Tuesday. Got the good pop up 72 hours from the time I finished my exam. License was posted Wednesday.
