Any fellow Army,Navy,Marine EMT medics out there who have challenged the board of nursing for California and passed the NCLEX-PN. What type of approach did you take in preparing for the NCLEX. Im currently using the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX_PN. Is there any other material of courses that may help. Thanks.

Moved your thread to the NCLEX Forum as it is specific to that exam.
The only two places that permit the challenging of the PN exam are CA and VA if you have been a medical corpsmen in the military for others that are reading this. And the license cannot be endorsed to other states, as it does not meet their educational requirements. Every other state requires the actual completion of required hours in a school of nursing.
In my personal opinion, you have the best book out there to help you with the exam.
Check out some of the other threads on the NCLEX Forum for help in preparing.
Best of luck on your exam.
