NCLEX-PN 4th try in 3 weeks

Students NCLEX

Published

I had planned to take the exam mid-November (2012) but that didn't go as planned. My registration expires soon so I will be taking it in 3 weeks and I am hoping I will pass this time around.

I am currently studying off of Exam Cram 3rd Edition and LaCharity.

I know LaCharity is for RN's but it's a good book to know prioritization, delegation, and assignment.

Is that enough material to study from?

Any input would be great. Thanks so much and Happy New Year to all!!

I have but I want to stick to minimal study materials. Right now, I'm using the Exam Cram CD and Lacharity for questions.

Have you tried Saunders?

have you guys try the vipra med 2,500 question bank it cost only $20 for 1 month, $50 for 3 months. I try the learning ext. but it didn't work for me. I used the lacharity, saunders green book, nclex cram. When I took the board it let me answer all the way 205 questions and when I got the official result I found out that I didn't pass. Now I'm trying to decide which online questions bank will I use. Which do you think guys is better between kaplan qbank for nclex pn or vipra med question bank for nclex pn. Vipra med qbank for nclex pn claims that their questions bank were closed to actual nclex pn

Hello!

I think the problem is not your reading materials, maybe the way you attack the questions. Those materials you used was very useful to me.I used all of them when i took my NCLEX-PN on December, and I passed with 94 questions.

Give some time to strategize, read what you didn't understand the most, practice questions and give yourself a rest for a little while.Good luck!:)

Thanks for your advice. Anyway I will change my study plan because before I just choose the topics in which I concentrate the whole day but this time I look for to the least score that I will get in each category & I will concentrate to those weakness area before I move to the next level.

Hello! No I haven't. I just started a nclex review class because I didn't feel as ready as I hoped to be from all the self-study I've been doing. I am now scheduled for March 11, 2013. =)
