MONI, I felt that several books really helped me as it gave many different views on subjects...stuff I didn't know I looked up...someone told me to do as many questions as I possibly could...the old books may help some but with all the advanced terminology, procedures ect...I feel a new book is essential...I do feel Saunders was great...another good one is Lippencotts review by Diane M. Billings....I have a total of 5 books...prebably to many but I used them all....I also have Mosby's and a book by Stein...I don't recommend you buy as many as I have...some of mine were goven to me...I plan on giving mine to my daughter as she will be testing in a year...
I wish you much luck...I cannot help you with the question of the CGFNS
I took a course called NCLEX PREP...put out by
http://PassNclex.Drexel.edu
this really helped me...they do have an online course review which gives you scnerios and a good reviews of pharm and systems....it was great and easy...but the reviews were good...cut all the junk out and really hit the things you really need to remember and know....... it comes with a book, a CD and online references and tests...........
GOOD LUCK MONI.........when do you test...?? Thressa
