Nclex on March 28Th and it looks grimm

by sherese

Hi everbody please give me some feed back

I have scheduled myself to take my nclex exam on 3/28 and currently Iam studying with NCSBN 3 week online study program

and to be honest things just dont look good...

iam taking the exams at the end and Iam always getting between 50-54%

to be honest i just started and I have only gotten up to the review of health promotion and maintenace but Iam still scared

Has anyone used NCSBN to study, started out doing bad and after a couple of weeks of study passed the NCLEX

I want to know if there is still hope for me

If you do not feel comfortable with the material now, change your date. You should not be cramming for the exam, it doesn't work.

Not sure what else to tell you.

I agree, if you dont feel comfortable maybe you really should consider taking it later. I already took my exam and did not pass so now I have to go through the pain of taking again--let me tell it is not worth it.

Hello!, You know more urself than we do out here. I felt what u feel right now, i just schedule my first exam, and cram cram cram w. using NCSBN as my ONLY TOOL to take the NLCEX RN board exam.. AND believe me girl, it did not, cramming wont work in NCLEX.. I realized u have to REALLY KNOW "nursing content"... I was ready for priority questions, and new format type of test since NCSBN helped w. that.. NCSBN is a very useful review, questions were very tricky. When i sat the exam the first time, I did not regret i used NCSBN as my tool. I just regret the fact, THAT I WASN:T REALLY PREPARED.... Its Funny that i mostly got Med surg questions.. I Was totally blank whats addisons disease, pernicious anemia, ventillator, diabetes etc........

SO believe in urself, Being nervous is normal especially if the exam is coming.... BUT WHen u feel ur not ready, BELIeve its worth scheduling than waiting for , well i wait 3 months then reapply.... I will Pass NCLEX, in my 2nd try, Last one which will be very very sOON.......
