You can do review for CGFNS, English Exams or NCLEX or apply for a job as a nurse in a nearby hospital. The best thing I did was, I left Philippines 9 months after passing the NLE (Dec. 2004) and got married. And now I'm waiting for my NCLEX exam on Monday.

What do you want to do? It is very hard for one of us to make a decision for you, without knowing you. What are your goals? If to work in the US, then get the NCLEX exam, and the English exams done as soon as possible.
Forget about the CGFNS exam, unless you plan to work in about one of five states that still require it.
