It could be because I had so much going on in my life, working more than 60 hours a week, my husband and I just opened a new business. So much stuff, but i kinda had hope. Do you forsee being able to clear your schedule at all in the near future? Keep checking in here - we're a family and there's a ton of great advice from people like cuse28 and others that will help see you through.
I personally benefitted from using a few different books. I took the Drexel course, but I didn't just want to take Drexel-authored questions because I was paranoid that their techniques might only work on their material. That's just me being paranoid, though, and no knock against them at all. Variety seems to help, though. Lippincott gives you the lengthier stems, Saunders gives you a good review for each chapter and even better questions. The Mosby cards are great for when you're on-the-go.
