NCLEX 200 questions all passing level?

So I took the NCLEX for the first time last week. I would say that between questions 10-70 I got like 15+ SATA. Then questions 70-73 were all SATA, so I thought I was doing well and was actually confident that it would stop at 75. It didn't, and it kept going for 203 questions. But they all seemed to be passing level questions... They were pretty much all prioritization, delegation, and SATA. There were a few alt type questions (pics, put things in order), but for the most part it all was prioritization and SATA. No math/calc questions.

I found out that I passed (!!!). I'm super happy about this result (of course) but am also wondering why it went on for so long? Is it possible that I had 200+ passing level questions? It really didn't seem like ANY of these questions were below passing level and like they say, SATA and prioritization are higher level questions and I had them all throughout the entire test, so why did it go on for so long?

I know that no one really knows exactly how it works but was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on this? I passed regardless, so this is really just out of curiosity. Thanks :)
