PLS!HELP ME MY SAUNDER'S CD DOESNT PLAY ON MY LAPTOP IT SAYS WHEN I CLICK THE SHORTCUT OF SAUNDER'S ON MY DESKTOP IS

AN APPLICATION HAS MADE AN ATTEMPT TO LOAD THE C RUNTIME LIBRARY INCORECTLY

AND ANOTHER BOX COMES OUT AGAIN AND SAYS:

CONNECTION DATA FAILED

PLS INSERT YOUR CD-ROM INTO YOUR CD-ROM WITH THE HIGHEST ALPHABETICAL LETTER!

what does it mean?!ih no!pls help me!

Can I ask first that you do not type all in capital letters, it makes it hard to follow and is considered yelling in bulletin board talk.

First question, noted that you are in the US, but are from the Philippines. Is this a laptop that you purchased here and is the CD one from the US?

Not sure what type of laptop that you are using as well, but what is the drive that you use for the CDs on that computer? It is usually the D drive and not the C on laptops.

What type of operating system are you using? Vista or Windows XP?

i purchased my laptop here in US sony vgn-CR490 and it is vista and i bought the cd together with my saunder book

i called the support system and told me they will send a copy how to fixed it but until now i dont recieved any email from them

I have a Compaq and it would download the Saunder's CD but not show anything on it. What i do to make mines work is right click the icon on my desktop and then select to run as administrator, then you will get something asking you if you want to allow the cd to run, just select yes and then it works fine. I do have to do this everytime i want to use it but it works for me. Please let me know if this helps.

thanks i called already at technical support and i fixed it already and the one you suggested is what i do when i open the CD thanks for the helped!

My Saunders CD stopped working. I would like the tec support number if anyone has it. My Cd worked fine for a year, now my computer says Runtime Error R 6034.

Does your CD have a lot of scratches? That might be the problem.

Follow the tip that is given above, it should work for you providing that you have a legal copy of the CD.
