My nclex shut off 160ish :'(

So I graduated this December , my test was yesterday and I completed the entire Kaplan, and almost all of uworld qbanks my nclex was insanely hard in my opinion and it shut off at 160ish 162 I believe cz I was just there thinking I was gonna go all the way to 265 and then it turned off. I got a bunch of nutrition questions about what foods to select and what not and ofcourse all of the choices were like in a different language to me :( then I got bombarded with priority teaching and even laws and regulations questions I would randomly get a basic knowledge based question. Bu t most of my test was priority and teaching any ideas of how I may have done? Oh and I did the pvt I got the good pop up but I'm not so convinced about that. I took my test yesterday Friday and this is a long weekend :cry: thanks everyone for your input

Wait after 24 hours to get a fully accurate PVT. Otherwise, congrats!! Time to celebrate. :)

This must be a stressful time for you! The good pop-up is a good sign-- some have reported getting the bad pop-up even though they ended up passing, but I'm not sure I've heard of anyone who got the good pop-up and ended up not passing. However, most people suggest doing the PVT at least 24 hours after taking exam-- did you make sure to do that?

Right now, one thing you can do is try to remember the last question and see if you answered it correctly. Chances are that the last question put you through either the passing or failing threshold. Of course, this won't have any effect on the result and may end up even making you more anxious, which I wouldn't think you'd want or need.

I did the pvt again today and I got the good pop up again but my goodness I still feel like that test was horrendous :cry:

I did the trick again today but I took my nclex on Friday, does it still work even though is weekend hrs ? :dead:

I couldn't even remember my last question, I was convinced I was gonna sit for the whole thing the last question I remember seeing was 158 and then I did like 2 or 3 more questions and it shut off :( I'm already prepared to do Saunders and prepu but I'm not gonna kill myself like I did. I'm going to study a decent amount of hrs, I was doing 7am -10pm for a month, I think by the time I got to the test I was fried :dead:

If you're getting the good popup after 24 hours of taking the NCLEX, you can just sit back and relax. You will be a RN soon!

Oh and I took my test in florida, just in case that makes any difference :drowning:

It's not necessarily 48 business hours. I took my NCLEX 8am on a Friday, and my quick results were available by Sunday morning at 9am. :)

Would the state made a difference ? I'm in florida
