Looking things up.

I have been doing about 100 questions a day. When I have trouble with a certain subject I have been doing more quizzes until I get over 70%. My question is, does anyone stop and look things up or do you just use the rationale?
Thanks

Default Re: Looking things up.
I didnt look them up during the practice test, I went with my gut instinct. Logic being, I couldnt look them up during the actual Nclex.

Once I saw I got them wrong I read the rational, if I wanted more information, then I looked things up.

I swear I never learned about mysthenia gravis in nursing school, maybe a 3 min in a lecture once-if that, but I kept getting MG questions on my practice tests...guess what my last question on Nclex was? an MG scenerio concerning morphine....I learned everything I knew about MG from looking it up when I was doing my Nclex prep. Happy I did it.

So I would recommend it...
