Where in MA do you live?? I know there is a Kaplan course in Boston. The classroom is more of test taking strategies but you can also get a Q-bank and the Question Trainers...which are really phenomenal. The questions are a lot harder but definitely great for critical thinking skills. The only downside is that Kaplan is expensive. I was fortunate to get all this for free, thanks to my school. Using Saunders Comprehensive book is GREAT for content review. Using Saunders and Kaplan combined was a good study plan for me. Hope this helps somewhat.
