Lacharity Book's PN vs. RN

Nursing Students NCLEX

This maybe a dumb question, but is there a major/significant difference in Linda Lacharity Prioritization, Delegation & Assignment book? I have the RN book and I haven't seen a Practical Nurse version.

Thank You!

Can anybody please help?

Thank You!

I don't think there is a PN version. I used the "RN" version and found it to be extremely helpful and I recently passed the nclex-pn on my first try.

....and not a dumb question by the way.....:icon_roll

Hi Ms. Kitty,

Your screen name's cute. Could I ask you how many questions you studied? And which books did you use? Saunders for content? The Kaplan strategy book..? Anything else.? I've done about 1,000 questions w/ Saunders but it taking forever and I'm finding it very hard to keep my focus.

Thank you!

I averaged about 100 questions a day for about 6 weeks prior to my exam; but, I also began practicing questions fairly early into my nursing program. I primarily used Saunders and La Charity for questions. I practiced questions more than anything, even content. In addition, my school used ATI and required that we pass the ATI comprehensive predictor with a high score. I think that helped also. After a while though, it does all begin to run together and its easy to lose focus....:icon_roll Good luck to you....you'll do it...!!:)

There is no PN version, at least not yet. But there is a second edition.

Thanks for the info. I thought I had the wrong version.
