Kaplans Q Bank for International versus USA

Hello, I am wondering if there is a difference in questions or types of questions for Kaplans Q bank for international students versus USA students.

Or does anyone know if the Kaplans Q Bank is the same regardless if you are international student or US Student.

Also, can anyone suggest some other good materials for studying, books, CDs, or other on-line study?
