Kaplan scores and should I postpone nclex?

Hi everyone. I am scheduled to take my boards next Monday and am wondering if anyone else out there had any scores comparable to mine. If you did, did you pass on your first try?

Diagnostic: 59%
Question trainer 1: 45%
Question trainer 2: 52%
Question trainer 3: 555
Question trainer 4: 54%
Question trainer 5: 59%
Question trainer 6: 55%
Question trainer 7: 53%
Readiness Test: 55%

These scores seem a bit lower than I would like. Unfortunately, I am a new GN which doesn't leave me much time to study. If I'm ready I want to take the exam on Monday. I'm just worried about my chances of passing. I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone could provide to me. Thank you!
