I didn't take the Kaplan online, but did participate in their 4 day in class work shop recently. I found it helpful. The first day was just talked about their decision tree model and strategies. The next 3 days were all questions. You do so many questions that it really gets you into the mode of NCLEX questions. I also felt that the online portion that is provide is comprehensive as well.

I did not take the Kaplan review and passed the first time. I studied only the Saunders 4th edition book and CD. I did take a question bank by kaplan and it did not help me and I thought Saunders was more closer to the NCLEX as far as questions. Mosby's question cards are also similar to the NCLEX questions. Just my opinion!
