i have took the California PN nclex twice already and i failed both time. I am wondering is the nclex easier in the other states like Nevada or Arizona. If so i think i might give my third try in one of the above state.

The NCLEX is a nationwide exam. It is not different or easier in any other state. The key differences between state relate to school requirements, licensure requirements, and scope of practice. Have you looked into a review course? There are many out there that may help you.

NCLEX is the NCLEX, it is a nationwide test, the same in any state or territory where you take it.

Sorry... It's the same test no matter where you take it.

but the other states don't have my records of failed the exam twice, would they give me easier questions to start with ?

No, it doesnt work that way. The nclex treats you as a first timer every time you take t.

I have to admit surprise at your not knowing at all how this works.....and you've taken this test twice already? So, you've gone through the BoN application process, and twice registered for and taken the NCLEX....but don't know that you have a new test each time?

I honestly don't mean to cause you grief, I'm just really surprised that this isn't already known to you, and not sure how the heck that happened. Did your school tell you nothing about this?

At any rate, as the others have said, this is a national exam, and can be taken in any State in the country. You will only be issued a license from the Board of Nursing for the State you applied to, though.

I strongly suggest you go to this website to learn how this all works, so you'll know what you're getting yourself into (or, more accurately, what you're in the middle of working with): https://www.ncsbn.org/nclex.htm

Good luck.
