If you received priority, teaching and delegation questions then you pretty much know you will pass. The computer will see if you are answering lower level questions well and if you are then it will bump you up to a higher level question and so on. If you stay with higher level questions (priority/delegation/teaching) then you can safely say you passed.
Mine shut off at 75 which may people say is a good sign you've passed but many students have failed with as little as 75 questions. I found out this past Wednesday that I passed but I was sweating bullets too.
I feel your pain - I was in the same situation as you are in now. Try to distract yourself between now and when you find out if you have passed. Are you in a state where you will find out quickly? It took a week for me to find out.
