I TOOK MY NCLEX YESTERDAY AND TRIED THE PVT TRICK & it took me to the cc page :( HELP

Qbanks are one thing, how'd you do on trainers 4-7? On the practice exams? If your Kaplan is about to expire, try calling them and ask for an extension for x amount of days until you plan on taking the exam.

But for right now, the best thing you can do is pray and keep yourself occupied. When your letter comes in, it will have a performance report, use that to guide your studying for your retake. Good luck and start positive!

Took my test on Monday 11/18 for NCLEX PN here in California. I checked tru PVT when I got home and it sent me to the CC page. So disappointing. I got cut off at 85 btw.

265 is max questions for NCLEX RN nationwide. 205 is max questions for NCLEX PN nationwide. It does not differ by state.

I've been an Allnurses.com fiend for some time now lol and I have to say this is what I've found:

1. PVT is 200% accurate if you received the good pop-up.

2. There is no such thing as a "bad pop-up", you either get a pop-up or continue onto the cc page.

3. Thirdly, getting the cc page does not always mean you failed.

Hey i took nclex yesterday .. Got a good pop up but still cant sleep and cant stop thinkinh if i realy made it or not..

I have known of instances where it HAS been innacurate, but it has been the other way around....where it showed the "good" pop up and they turned out not to have passed. It happened to one of my classmates. I'm sorry...the PVT is both a blessing and a curse because you can find out right away, but if you get the"good" pop-up, you're still somewhat skeptical...and if you get the "bad" pop up, you're devastated but soemwhere inside you still have this wild hope that the trick was inaccurate for you and you really did pass.

Unfortunately, you probably didn't. And if that's the case I'm so sorry. But you learn from it and move on and PASS next time.

Pretty accurate... I tried it and I couldn't register, to confirm I paid the 8$ and it stated I passed
