Thanks everyone here on allnurses. I just found out that I passed. All the while I was thinking that I only got 5 correct answers out of 75 Q's. I used Saunders compre 3ed book and cd....I can't believe I passed. I even got one very simple calculation that I just guessed the answer coz I freaked out when I saw the numbers. Hi,

I took the NCLEX-RN today for the 2nd time. First time i got 265 Q's.
today i got 75Q's. I am not feeling too sure about this exam, am already planning to take it a 3rd time.
i can't even remember the questions i got, i felt like it was not related at all to nursing.
Am a little relieved to know that someone did pass with 75Q
