i need some courage

am an trying to prepare for my exam with lipincot . I bought it majorly becos it has a lot of practice questions like 5000 + but people have not been talking about it so I don't know may be it will help pls let me know . I just think am not prepared enough but I have practice over 3000 question from the textbook and the cd rom I just don't know
