I Made It!!

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I passed the NCLEX!! I am so happy that I am finally an RN!!! Waiting for the results was one of the worst things I have ever had to do!! It was worse than waiting for my wedding day!! At least I knew that would have a happy ending!!

WOO-HOO!!!! Good luck to all still in the studying and waiting period.

The only thing that I can say that may have helped was doing practice questions from the disks that came with books. I think it helps develop the "thinking your way through the questions" process. It doesn't actually help with the material!! Hardly anything I reviewed was actually on my test. And have faith that 85% of first time test takers do pass!!

Good Luck!!

Congratulations to sme-nurse!!! you made it!!!

i just passed the test myself...taking the nclex-rn test is really scary...it seemed that i'm gonna have a panic attack...but waiting for the result is much worse!!!!

RN1...to answer your question...i never passed any of the practice tests...my usual score were always between 55% - 60%....they said you are ready to take the test if you always get 70% onthe practice tests...Saunders is a really good review material...also the lippincott 3000 cd...

Thanks for the reply

Congrats to hunny_pye as well!!

Reply to RN1. I pretty much got grades on CD reviews from 50 to 70%, but more 60% scores then 70's. That is what scares you when you are walking in to take the test, knowing that you never aced the practice questions!!

I like the Lippincott and Saunders CD's because they both have a lot of questions!!

Good Luck in school!!
