I'm guessing that English is not your first language. Your post is very poorly written; grammatically, structurally, punctuation wise and with word choices, making it completely incomprehensible, at least to me. This leads me to suspect that you don't understand the practice questions which is making it difficult for you. You need lots of work on written communication skills which will help you with the NCLEX and in nursing.

A post like this, makes me want to encourage the OP, to write in their native language. Then I can use google to translate it, however that would violate terms and services.

Get an english as second language tutor to help you go through test questions.

Please use Google translate. I have no idea what is happening other than that my head now hurts.

I don't think it's that we need the OP to write in his native language so that we can get it translated, it's that the NCLEX is an English language exam and if he doesn't speak it, read it, or write it well he won't pass the test.

You really do need to get with a language tutor because otherwise you aren't going to pass at all.

From your previous posts, it appears that you have been trying to pass the NCLEX for 3 years (correct me if I'm wrong). Unfortunately, as others have said, I think you may need to have tutoring in English--this will help you understand the questions and answers on the NCLEX.

Good luck!
