I have a question regarding answering questions from review books. Please help me?

Hi everyone, I did not pass my first attempt at the nclex-rn, and will be re-taking end of March. I finished answering kaplans qbank and just recently started answering questions from Saunders 5th edition and lacharity PDA, and I am wondering which sections for Saunders exam mode did you take? Like did you do client needs and chose safe and effective care? Or did you select all sections and answered questions? Same with cognitive, content area? Thanks.
