I got 265 on the NCLEX exam in need of support!
Hello All! This is my first time using the site. I just took the state boards yesterday ( the 26th). I left there feeling awful to say the least. I did everything to prepare... I started studying content early, took a review and did practice questions after practice questions..... I left there in tears.... I got all 265 questions ( mainly prioritizing and medications questions).. blah! I have a feeling that getting all of the 265 questions is more of a bad sign then good... but I also realize that is somewhat a myth... so hopefully I did well, GOD willing I did! Also I was wondering if anyone out there took the exam on a Thursday like me and if you did .. when did you get the results?! ( I think it might be 2 business days) so not till monday?! I cant wait that long..........
