As May said, we can't discuss any actual questions, but I agree with her about taking your time. Also make sure you read the "entire" question so you don't miss key words - like what would "not" be the most beneficial treatment for this patient instead of what would.
I did not do Kaplan or Saunders - our School had us buy the NSNA NCLEX Review, I used their CD and it must have helped because I passed. All of our Nursing exams/tests in school were NCLEX based and honestly the content in them was much harder than the actual NCLEX.
I got tons of priority questions that required "critical thinking" - really not questions that you could run home and look up in a textbook. They presented you with a variety of different patients - who would you treat first, etc. and you use your "Best" Nursing judgement to choose the right answer, just like you have to do in "real life".
