How to study for NCLEX??

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hey guys! I recently graduated from my diploma nursing school May 20th and received my ATT letter to test on June 28th. I've been doing review questions everyday and reading over content that I'm weak in. Right now I'm using a review book from a company known as "F&S review," the 4th edition of saunders q&a review book, and "prioritization, delegation, and assignement:practice exercises for the NCLEX examination" by LaCharity, Kumagai, and Bartz. To those that have passed NCLEX recently, do you think this is sufficient studying for the test or do you recommend any other programs? And Kaplan is not an option for me...too expensive! Thanks so much!

q-trainers are a set of questions which the kaplan have put it under the name of q-trainer1..2...3... there are 7 of them.

I used a Kaplan Practice & Strategy book, Saunders 4e, LaCharity, Exam Cram, Hurst Review dvds, and these books that came with the mandatory NCLEX course my school held. I take my test tomorrow so I will let you know what worked and what was most helpful.

Hi missy, how was your exam? Hope you aced it!!!

What books were the most helpful or mimic the exam? thank you

123wanna be a nurse: thanks so much for the kaplan internet website. i never thought of trying to google it. let the studying continue ;) p.s. congrats on passing that is fantastic!

Ok I hear you talk about Kaplan and I was not successful in trying to pass the boards , so now what do I do? I took the ATI review also and still I have not passed and this has been a struggle for me. I feel like I will never pass help.
