How to study for the NCLEX PN and RN

Nursing Students NCLEX

I'm going to discuss how I am studying for both the PN and RN exams. First, I purchased ATI virtual and I'm working with an NP, taking exams in all areas, and studying each section with quizzes/books/case studies. In between studying for these sections, I'm studying the Saunder's book on my own as I go along and reading my HESI book (the smartest girl in school swore by this book) and taking the quizzes online given by the Saunder's NCLEX PN book. If I do not know the material, I am writing it down during the quizzes and going back through those two books and reviewing the information. Once, I am done with this....I'm going to read Med Surg made incredibly easy and Med Surg Success. I also have the Fueur nursing review with CD's and printouts with quizzes that I'm going to do once I have finished with ATI. I went to the Ohio review with Mark Klimek and got his two books and I plan on reviewing those as well. I bought a game from Saunder's that I'm going to play at the end to see if I have retained all of the information I need to know to pass the exam. I also downloaded NCLEX quizzes on my phone and I take them whenever I am on the go or whenever I am not near my books or my computer. I recommend doing this and reading ALL of the rationales. After I pass the exam, I plan on typing up my own version of notes and how to study for this exam and what you need to know for the exam to PASS. I have seen the test 5 times and your instructors and other teachers have never seen the exam before except when they took the exam for the first time. I have a few other books that I'm going to look at and if you want to know the name of the HESI book or the other books that I have - just write a message on here and I'll put the name and authors together. I'm in the middle of doing a case study right now. Otherwise, I'd get the books out and write them down.
