I'm not too sure but i think it depends on the state you aree testing. I know in Texas you would have to repay the registration for the test of $200 and repay for the application fee as well. As long as your finger print cards, passport photo, and your affidavit from your director of your program isn't over a year old then you just have to pay the $200 for the test and send application with the application fee. If all of you things are over a year you would have to send in new finger print cards, passport photo, and affidavit signed by your director of nursing from the school which you graduated from. but like I said I don't know about other states. You can always call your SBON and ask them they will be more than happy to share with you what all you have to do. Well hope this helps and Good Luck!

Here in Ohio our registration fee of $75 is good for one whole year just like our photo. but each time we take the test we have to pay the $200 test fee. and I believe the wait is 45 days. Hope that helps , what state you in?
