exam cram and http://www.learningext.com/ in my opinion are the only things you need to pass the nclex. exam cram is very similar and the some of the question i had on nclex were almost the same on the ncsbn review site even the diseases were similar.....makes sense since they make the test

i did certain chapters in my saunders like care comfort infections control the basics prob about 6 chapters....i really recomend the ncsbn site also .....i got maybe 10-15 question from there on my nclex that were just worded a little differnt and most important was going in with a positive attitude . i kept telling myself that im gonna pass ....
