How do you know you have studied enough for NCLEX-RN Exam?


Hey guys, I will be taking NCLEX soon and would like to know how you measured your readiness to take the exam. I'd really appreciate any reply. Thanks !!

Don't think you will ever feel ready for the exam. Study questions is the big key I think, understand what they want

I think that's such an individual issue. I was sick of studying, 2 weeks prior it was giving me such a headache and only making me more nervous so I quit studying and thought "I will fail, I will look at this more as a practice test". I was only scoring 45-65% on the CD's that come with the study guides.

I passed!

Instead of practicing answering questions I changed over to just studying bullets. I think that helped me alot more. Good Luck

like you i am sick of studying already.. im going to take the exam in a couple of days..

im just reading bullets too..

im so nervous right now.. i didnt even sleep last night....
what more tomorrow?

i got this passage from someone around this forums "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." - II Timothy Chapter 1 and verse 7....hope it helps you. and good luck !!

Thats a question I'd also like to know. I've been able to get a good 75-85% correct on the study questions I use from Saunders and Kaplan but I'm still not convinced.

God help me...

75-85% is good imo...me im only getting an average of 75% my highest is 82% and im like ugh pls hit 90% already...

I was so burnt on studying I just read the Random Facts Sticky the 2 days before. I also agree with Silverdragon that you should go over questions you have done and make sure you know and understand the rationals. Most important, take breaks to clear your mind. Clear minds think better. Good luck!

"clear minds think better" sometimes i forget this...i was doin endocrine and then in my practice tests i keep confusing cushing addison conn...
then i took a break and they just revealed themselves to me...
