Nursing Students NCLEX

I sent in the $150.00 fee to get my VN license and i sent it so that it would get there the next day and this was on April 30th. They got it May 1st at noon. so how long would it take for me to get my license in the mail?

I know they usually say 3-4 weeks but since i just got hired but cant work until i ACTUALLY have my license in my hand they are waiting like I am lol some say 2 weeks some say 3... what do you think????

I don't think anyone waits for snail mail anymore. Good Luck!

ed to add: if they actually want to see the plastic license that would be unusual. Most employers use the online system, then make a copy of the license you get in the mail once it arrives.

hey :) I do know about the verification site but i keep checking and my name hasn't shown up. how long after sending the fee does it show up on the site? Thanks :)

I'm not sure exactly, but I hear it's just a day or two from friends who need to start work right away. We used to have to wait 6 weeks for our results, lol! I would suggest calling, but the last few times I've tried the line was perpetually busy. Sorry I can't offer more specifics.
