Hesi was way harder than NCLEX-RN for me. I struggled with Hesi. On Hesi there were a lot of questions about things I had never heard of. This was not the case for NCLEX. There were no suprises on NCLEX. I did Saunders and took Hurst review to prepare for NCLEX.

I am waiting on my ATT# and have been slacking. I just finished an accelerated BSN program almost 2 wks ago and I swear Ive been sick since I finished my final HESI. I have been reviewing with Saunders and did the entire HESI review book front to back, but like I said I am terrified about Pharm. My school didn't really test on actual drugs, more patient safety r/t meds, so I am planning on powering through the Saunders book starting tomorrow.

The Kaplan review is a good source however, the HURST review is AWESOME!!!!! Marlene Hurst breaks down all topics of NCLEX into words and pics that you will NEVER forget!!! She is HILARIOUS which makes the review not so "DREADED"!!! I highly recommend it! If you passed HESI, you should have no problem with NCLEX as I found HESI much more difficult!! If you haven't taken HESI, I would suggest only using HESI resources to study! Those are available through Evolve as well as your school. They actually have a code for students to log on that will allow you to utilize HESI study material.......kind of like a review for NCLEX! The question is....Did your university purchase the program? If not, you would NOT be allowed to use it!!! Good luck to you!

Yes I did the HESI online reviews and passed my schools final HESI. I am just waiting on my ATT # from the state. How much was the Hurst review?

I think both are hard but Hesi is more into detail than NCLEX.
