Hesi/nclex

ok I have a question,Do you think that what you scored on an exit HESI really determines if you are ready for nclex or that you have a good chance of passing???or is it false hope...
I just finished LPN school and will hopefully take my NCLEX the begining of November so that I have a month to just sit and do prep.
what is everyones though on this

My own personal experience: I had to take the HESI exit exam as a senior student three times before I passed. I passed the NCLEX RN on my first try.

I think the web address to purchase the HESI book/software is
www.evolve.elsevier.com I know that is the website for the HESI case studies we are required to do, and I am pretty sure there is a store at that web site. You can also get it at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, etc.
Hope this helps! I think the price is around $59.00

I have taken HESI, NCLEX RN and NCLEX PN by far the HESI was the hardest because I felt they tried to trick you. NCLEX is a little more straight forward. In my LVN class all those who passed HESI on the 1st try passed NCLEX on the 1st try, All but 3 people in our class Passed NCLEX on the first try Those 3 took HESI 3 or 4 times before they passed it.
Good Luck

Are you talking about the HESI exit exam given in the schools or the hesi program/review?
